Heartwork Tattoo Festival is a tattoo convention - a gathering of many tattoo artists and collectors who come together to share their artwork and create new pieces. Live tattooing, piercing, and a variety of different forms of entertainment serve as the main attraction, while vendors offer a plethora of goods for sale such as t-shirts, artwork, jewelry, and accessories. Additionally, daily tattoo contests, competitions, music, after parties and performances flesh out the schedule.
The festival is for 3 days on a weekend on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th of December 2016.
The festival is open to visitors from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. for all 3 days
The venue is Gate No.7 and 8, Indira Gandhi Indoor Stadium, New Delhi.
Ofcourse Not! Anyone seen bringing either alcohol or drugs into the venue will be asked to leave by security and barred from all future conventions.
NO Alcohol is a blood-thinner, will make your tattoo bleed excessively, and complicate the process of receiving and healing your piece. Plan on eating a good meal prior to getting tattooed and leave the drinking to people not getting any work done.
The Event ticket rates are Rs. 200/- per day, and free entry for students only
You have to register on the Heartwork Tattoo Festival registration page. Once registered, you will receive the email confirmation. Once confirmed you will receive an entry pass with QR code. Bring the print of this page or show it at the gate. There will be a separate Q for visitors with QR code. Our official at the gate will scan it and give you an entry band.
We will have a separate box office where our gate officials will help you register.

You must be at least 18 years old, with photo ID, to get tattooed. All working tattooists at the Heartwork Tattoo Festival are professionals and will NOT deviate from that policy. As long as you are 18 or older, you can walk right up to any working artist at the show and discuss the tattoo design you are looking to get.
Prices vary from artist to artist and are completely at their discretion.
Please note that the Heartwork Tattoo Festival is not responsible of managing your appointment. Depending on your application and his availability, the tattoo artist will tell you his/her possible options. Choose the tattoo artist you prefer in the artists gallery.

With a proof of identity, access is free for accompanied children under 12 years old. Please take care that your kids don't get hurted or bother the artists during the convention.
Admission is all-ages. Often there are many whole families there, ranging from babies to seniors. ATTENDEES UNDER THE AGE OF 18 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT AT ALL TIMES.
Yes, if you don't disturb the work of the tattooist and if you respect intellectual property rights. Photography books or the use of the pictures without permission is forbidden.
No pets are allowed inside the convention.
